Working as part of a 3 - 6 person team to recruit over 1000 members of staff (Warehouse, Data Entry, Specialist and Welsh Translation) across 2 shifts in a 3 month period.

Duties include (but not limited to);

Setting up an entire recruitment process, adapting selection events to online due to COVID-19, creating, running and maintaining ATS systems, managing internal stakeholders, recruiting staff for Business as Usual and Project departments, training new team members, planned, managed and ran planning meetings, creating marketing material, social media activity monitoring, onboarding and vetting in line with BPSS standards, issuing, unallocating and monitoring lockers, updating trackers, helping candidates through recruitment process from application to start date, hosting job fairs for staff when project ended to help them back into work
